Google's Reaction to Microsoft's Bid

At the risk of stating the obvious, search major Google doesn't seem to be too happy with the proposed Yahoo! acquisition by Microsoft. The company has for the first time publicly reacted to Microsoft's unsolicited bid for Yahoo!

An Associated Press (AP) report talks about Google top lawyer raising the specter of Microsoft using its proposed $42 billion Yahoo! acquisition to gain illegal control over the Internet. If anything, this underscores the search leader's queasiness about two of its biggest rivals teaming up.
